Need to check out the carb count on Pita chips before I can make this, but if it’s too high I’m sure I can find a substitute.

hey Mike, made the B Bread Diane- smells incredible, haven’t tried it yet tho…..

You won me with the casserole dish idea…that sounds fabulous!
Not too sure about the ritz crackers though, so I might leave that part out.
I think some pre cooked vegies mixed through could work too, but they would need to be colourful, eg broccoli, peas, maybe some red capsicum?
Not only would it look good, it would add some bulk and make it go further if you had heaps of people….just a thought
